• Eligibility: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation on our website.
• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please ensure all details are correct.
• Payment: We accept all type of Debit Crad, Credit Card, UPI or Cash . Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations and modifications are subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Time at 11:30 AM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Check-Out: Time at 09:30 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• Identification: Valid photo identification is required at check-in.

3. Hotel Rules

• Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other guests and staff.
• Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacements as necessary.
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms and indoor facilities. Designated smoking areas are available.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
