1. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Reservations:
  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: If cancellation occurs within 3 days of check-in, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
  • No-Show Policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained as a no-show fee.
• Non-Refundable Reservations:
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled for a refund. Any cancellations will result in the full booking amount being charged.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: If your cancellation meets the conditions stated above, a refund will be processed.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation date. Please note that the actual time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Early Departure

• If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, the remaining nights may not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may apply at the hotel’s discretion and in extenuating circumstances.

4. Modifications to Reservation

• Changes to Dates: Date changes may be permitted based on availability. Rates for the new dates may vary, and additional charges could apply.
• Partial Cancellations: For multi-night stays, partial cancellations are subject to the same cancellation terms. Please contact us to discuss any modifications.

5. Third-Party Bookings

• If you made your reservation through a third-party website or travel agency, please contact them directly for cancellations and refunds. Their policies may differ from those of Krish Villa, and we do not control external booking policies.

• Bookings made under special promotions, discounts, or packages may have specific cancellation terms. Please refer to the details of each offer for applicable terms, as they may vary from our standard policy.
